A personal blog to communicate with friends and family. I moved from rural Halfway, Oregon, to Washington DC in August (2011) to start a new job. This is the chronicle of my move and adventures in our nation's capitol.

I've left DC and moved back to Oregon. I'm living in Salem now. New things!

Picture the national debt
Courtesy of WonkBlog here is snapshot of the national debt. The caption says it all: most of the debt was a result of lower revenues due to tax cuts in 2001 and 2003. I hope we got our money's worth out of them but I doubt it.
